Enjoy the racing environment as Kanas Speedway boasts great views from every seat on this 1.5 mile state of the art facility. Let Thielen Coaches drive you in a luxury motor coach to your hotel\, check you in\, drive you to the track\, cook some food for you\, give you tickets to the race along with pre-race pit passes to the infield and answer any questions you have along the way.  \nThis package includes:\n\nluxury motor coach transportation throughout the whole trip\nThree nights lodging at the Hampton Inn & Suites\nTicket to the Xfinity Series Kansas Lottery 300\nTicket to the Cup Series Hollywood Casino 400\nPre-race pit pass on Sunday before the Cup race\nSaturday & Sunday tailgating\n\nClick on link to Brochure: Kansas Brochure 2021 \nSAMPLE ITINERARY\nFriday October 22\, 2021 \nLoad the coach and enjoy the ride to Kansas City with food/rest stops along the way checking into the Hampton Inn Hotel in Kansas City (loading locations to be determined) \nSaturday October 23\, 2021 \nLoad the coach and ride a half hour to Kansas Speedway where we will tailgate and attend the NASCAR Xfinity series Kansas Lottery 300 Race. This will be a great day to do any shopping at the track. After the race we will return to the hotel. \nSunday October 24\, 2021 \nLoad the coach and ride a half hour to Kansas Speedway where we will tailgate and attend the NASCAR cup series Hollywood Casino 400 RACE. After the race we will return to the hotel. \nMonday October 25\, 2021 \nLoad coach and journey on our way home.  \nCancellation and Refund Policy\n\nFor offline payments\, $100.00 Deposit per person required upon sign up. Final balance due 30 days prior to departure date (Due September 22\, 2021).\nFor online payments\, those who pay in full and decide to cancel outside of the 30 days prior to departure date will be refunded the full amount minus the $100.00 per person deposit.\nThose who cancel within 30 days or no show will forfeit their amount paid.
