Kansas Speedway Motorcoach Tour: October 22-25, 2021

Thielen Coaches will be returning to Kansas Speedway October 22-25, 2021. 

As we journey down the road to Kanas City to experience the best driver’s in the world race to the finish. Enjoy the racing environment as Kanas Speedway boasts great views from every seat on this 1.5 mile state of the art facility. Let Thielen Coaches drive you in a luxury motor coach to your hotel, check you in, drive you to the track, cook some food for you, give you tickets to the race along with pre-race pit passes to the infield and answer any questions you have along the way. 

This package includes:

SAMPLE ITINERARY

Friday October 22, 2021

Load the coach and enjoy the ride to Kansas City with food/rest stops along the way checking into the Hampton Inn Hotel in Kansas City (loading locations to be determined)

Saturday October 23, 2021

Load the coach and ride a half hour to Kansas Speedway where we will tailgate and attend the NASCAR Xfinity series Kansas Lottery 300 Race. This will be a great day to do any shopping at the track. After the race we will return to the hotel.

Sunday October 24, 2021

Load the coach and ride a half hour to Kansas Speedway where we will tailgate and attend the NASCAR cup series Hollywood Casino 400 RACE. After the race we will return to the hotel.

Monday October 25, 2021

Load coach and journey on our way home. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• For offline payments, $100.00 Deposit per person required upon sign up. Final balance due 30 days prior to departure date (Due September 22, 2021).
• For online payments, those who pay in full and decide to cancel outside of the 30 days prior to departure date will be refunded the full amount minus the $100.00 per person deposit.
• Those who cancel within 30 days or no show will forfeit their amount paid.
