Every industry must plan for the future. An important part of this planning process involves having enough young people ready to take over when the time is right. With this in mind, the United Motorcoach Association presented a panel session titled “Young Guns.” The event was held during the first full day of activities at the UMA 2011 Motorcoach Expo in Tampa, FL.
